Kindergarten Paper Apple Mosaics

Kindergartener's learned about apples both in their classroom and in the art room. Students practiced their cutting and pasting skills to create these wonderful apples. The apples were on display outside their classroom for the first month of school.

What would YOU do with 10 black dots????

Kindergarteners were read 10 Black Dots by Donald Crews. Students learned about all the different places dots could be in our everyday worlds. Students were then given the challenge to come up with their own scene that incorporated 10 black dots. 

3 Year Old Pre K Finger Paints Green

Students were read the book Little Blue and Little Yellow by Leo Lionni. Students learned that when little blue and little yellow hugged they turned GREEN!

The following classes students finger painted red and yellow to make orange and red and blue to make purple!
