Kindergarten and 1st Grade created this cheerful spring mural in between art projects. Each student had their own rectangular space and were instructed to create a spring landscape with 5 flowers, a sky and a ground using permanent markers. Then students took toothbrushes and combs to scratch away at the surface to create interesting textures for roots and clouds.
